What does it do?
Sets or clears the comment (observations) for a flexible time record (one without an attendance shift). Pass observations: null to delete the comment.
What params does it accept?
observations: the comment content, ornullto remove the comment.
Who can use it?
Only companies who have enabled the projects_management feature.
