Do you know where I can get the avatar or photo of employees via the API? It doesn't appear in the employees' API under a column with the image. Thank you!

Is there API provision to remove a employee from records instead of terminating?
It seems number of employees in record cannot be decreased as terminate API seems to be only adding additional properties to the employee record.
