Creates a Subproject worker

What does it do?

This creates a new subproject worker. By default, the subproject worker will be created as assigned.

Who can use it?

Only companies in the phase assignment beta who have enabled the projects_with_subprojects feature, and users with a role in the project owning the subproject.

The id of the employee to be assigned to the subproject. The employee must be an assigned project worker of the project owning the subproject.
