Reads all Allowance stats

What does it do?

This endpoint retrieves the employee time off counters for a specific allowance with a reference date

What params are required?

• employee_id: The Id of the employee we want to check
• allowance_id: Id of the allowance for which we want to check the counters. The employee must belong to a time off policy that has this allowance.
• reference_date: The date for which we want to check the counters. It helps answer the question: On this date, how did the employee counters look like?
